Enjoy a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. If products are damaged upon arrival, products can either be repaired, replaced, or refunded (whole/partial). Proof of purchase is required.

Please be advised that we have a ‘no chew policy’. This means that warranty is void on all products that have been chewed on/destroyed.

"I am, as yet, still to receive my bottle. At first it seems it was lost in the post. Now, it appears I cannot have the bottle I customised due to the logo not being available. Even though the logo seems to be still being advertised. The emails are delayed because apparently they work on Australian times. Quite frankly, I am disappointed with the interaction I have had, and still have not got my order. Would I recommend this company? Certainly not so far. When I eventually receive what I have ordered, and paid for, my opinion may change."
